The NACE Coating Inspector Programme (NACE CIP) teaches you more about coating materials, how to prepare the material surface and apply the coating.  A NACE CIP Level 1 certified coating inspector has entry-level knowledge of coating materials, surface preparation and application techniques and is able to perform and document basic coating inspections on steel substrates using NDT techniques.

 

Since 2019, Dries Van den Bergh has been a certified NACE CIP Level 1 Coating inspector (cert. 78607, valid until 18 April 2025).  In 2019, he also successfully completed the NACE "Corrosion under Insulation" course.
